Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to RevUp SaaS ("RevUp", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevUp's reputation management tool, including our website, services, and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using RevUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including business owners, administrators, employees, and customers who interact with our review request QR codes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service Description

RevUp is a reputation management tool that provides the following services:

• Review Management: Dashboard tools for businesses to view and respond to customer feedback. Request feedback through emails and QR codes.
• Google Business Profile Integration: Connect and manage your Google Business Profile, including data synchronization, performance analytics, and SEO optimization insights
• Analytics Dashboard: Comprehensive analytics including QR scan tracking, conversion rates, sentiment distribution, employee performance metrics, and location performance comparisons
• Email Notifications: Automated email notifications and operational communications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

Compliance with Google Review Policies

As a business owner using RevUp, you are responsible for ensuring that your review collection and posting practices comply with Google's review policies and guidelines.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring that your employees and authorized users comply with these Terms

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent

Google Business Profile Integration Terms

OAuth Connection

When you connect your Google Business Profile to RevUp:

• You grant RevUp permission to access your Google Business Profile data through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted in our database
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting the integration in RevUp
• Revocation of access will prevent RevUp from syncing new data but will not delete historical data already stored in our system

Data Sync and Storage

RevUp will:

• Periodically sync data from your Google Business Profile, including business information, reviews, ratings, and performance metrics
• Store historical metrics data for analytics and trend analysis purposes
• Use your Google Business Profile data to provide insights, analytics, and SEO optimization recommendations
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that RevUp is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by Google's APIs. Data synchronization depends on Google's API availability and rate limits.

Profile Management Responsibilities

While RevUp may provide tools to manage your Google Business Profile through the Google Business Profile API (such as responding to reviews, creating posts, or updating information), you remain solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of your business information on Google Business Profile
• Reviewing and approving any actions taken through RevUp before they are applied to your Google Business Profile
• Complying with Google's policies and guidelines for business profiles
• Monitoring your Google Business Profile for any changes or issues

RevUp provides analytics, insights, and management tools for your Google Business Profile, but you are ultimately responsible for all content and actions associated with your profile.

Analytics and Data Usage

RevUp collects and analyzes data to provide you with insights and improve our platform:

• Business Owner Access: You have access to analytics data for your own business, including QR scan counts, conversion rates, employee performance metrics, and Google Business Profile analytics
• Platform Improvement: We use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our Service, develop new features, and enhance user experience
• Data Sharing: Analytics data is not shared with third parties. Access is limited to platform developers (for technical support and service improvement) and your business account
• Data Retention: Analytics data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 24 months after account closure, as detailed in our Privacy Policy

Payment Terms

RevUp operates on a per-location pricing model:

• Pricing: Each location is billed separately according to our current pricing structure
• Trial Period: New accounts may include a trial period as specified at the time of signup
• Payment Status: Access to certain features may be restricted if payment is not current or if a location's payment status is expired
• Payment Updates: Payment status is managed by RevUp administrators. You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current
• Refunds: Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. We will provide notice of any material pricing changes to existing customers.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time:

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay required fees
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws
• Data Export: You may request a copy of your data before account termination, subject to our data export policies

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RevUp provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by third-party services, including Google Business Profile API
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Sending an email notification to registered users for significant changes

Your continued use of RevUp after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
